Working with Executive Management and technical managers, describe requirements and value proposition for an ITDR Managed Service that incorporates a bundle of services for client organization's IdP, IGA, ITDR and SIEM solutions. Predict current and future market demand for the service, as well as the technical design parameters. Introduced executives to Product Management leadership at CrowdStrike and SentinelOne ahead of technology stack selection. Proposal for the new managed service offering was enthusiastically accepted by the Board of Directors; service will launch in 2024.

Engaged by a world-leading non-profit based in Seattle to assist with the organization's mobile device transformation. Project objectives included improving employee satisfaction with the mobile devices, apps and experiences provided to them. Transition from Windows Mobile to iOS and Android devices, creation of first in-house custom mobile apps for employee use and utilization of mobile security solutions were all accomplished during the project.
